Key Responsibilities:
• Promote CareerOnDesk to potential business partners and employers.
• Research and identify new business opportunities to form partnerships with companies.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to secure tie-ups with various organizations.
• Present the portal's features, benefits, and value propositions to HR teams and decision-makers.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
• Assist in organizing and participating in virtual or in-person sales meetings with clients.
• Maintain a database of potential leads and track sales activities.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
